Serenity House, LLC is dedicated to facilitating the growth and independence of our residents by reducing barriers and enhancing functioning and self-sufficiency. Through the provision of essential mental health counseling, training, and support, we empower residents to live as independently as possible.

 

Population Served:

Our services cater to young adults aged 18 and above with developmental disabilities, resulting in significant impairments that hinder self-management in residential environments without supportive interventions.

   - Provide outcome-driven therapeutic treatment to improve residents' functioning in both home and community settings.

   - Foster relationships with the Legal Authorized Representative (LAR) and family to encourage positive involvement in the home, community, and society.

 

3. Individualized Service Plans (ISP):

   - Develop and implement individualized service plans that promote the healthy development of each resident.

 

4. Strength and Competency Identification:

   - Identify and promote residents' strengths and competencies, fostering a sense of self-mastery and maximized functioning.

 

5. Commitment to Quality and Ethics:

   - Maintain a steadfast commitment to quality services and professional ethics in alignment with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, state, and federal guidelines.

 

6. Comprehensive Support Network:

   - Serve as a vital link to support by collaborating with doctors, courts, hospitals, social services, family members, and other stakeholders involved in residents' treatment. This comprehensive, holistic approach ensures a well-rounded service."
