Serenity House, LLC offers 24/7 supervised services delivered by highly skilled direct support professional staff. These professionals specialize in working with individuals exhibiting mild to moderate behaviors and/or emotional challenges, including oppositional and defiant tendencies. Our comprehensive programming encompasses both individualized and group-based services.

 

Tailored treatment programs, counseling, and case management services are crafted to address the distinctive needs of each individual while focusing on overcoming functional limitations common to the served population. The selection and admission to services for individuals with developmental disabilities are collaborative decisions made jointly by the individual seeking services and Serenity House, LLC.

 

Our diverse programming incorporates behavioral modification, recreational activities, and interventions designed to enhance psychological well-being. This includes skill development in communication, anger management, and conflict resolution. Residents also receive training in essential daily living skills such as self-care, food preparation, housekeeping, money management, use of public transportation, and identification and utilization of community resources.

 

Residents actively participate in public and community-based programs, fostering their engagement, and providing opportunities for training. These initiatives aim to equip individuals with the skills and services necessary to enhance their educational, vocational, and employment outcomes.
